Our HELLO service, which stands for Hospitality Education Leading to Local Opportunities, is a nationally recognized hospitality credential service that offers youth age 16 to 24 the opportunity to explore various industry-related professions and obtain credentials in areas of local demand.
Our ODOSY service, which stands for Opening Doors for Out-of-School Youth, offers free assistance to Cape May County youths, age 16 to 24, who have dropped out of school or have a high school diploma but are unemployed or underemployed.
Youth age 16 through 24 who are out-of-school and at-risk can obtain our Out-of-School Youth Employment Services (OSYES) to get back on the path to self-sufficiency through the development of job skills and career pathway planning.
