Preparing to Reach Employment Potential (PREP)

Our Preparing to Reach Employment Potential (PREP) service is a unique opportunity for high school juniors and seniors, enrolled in a Cape May County high school, who meet Cape May County One Stop Career Center eligibility requirements. Participants receive individualized academic remediation as well as instruction in study skills, workplace readiness, career and college planning, financial literacy, and computer skills. This is an opportunity for paid work experience in a field matching with your employment goals!

Approved by the New Jersey Department of Education as a non-public school training provider and accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

This service is supported by the New Jersey Department of Labor (NJDOL) with funds from the United States Department of Labor (USDOL) through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). 100% of this service is financed through federal funding sources.
